Discover our recipe for donuts without added sugar! :)

“No added sugar” , what does that mean?

This means that each ingredient in the recipe has been carefully selected with the following criteria:

- Sugar has been replaced by a natural sweetener: erythritol

- The other ingredients in the recipe only contain naturally occurring sugars & in small quantities, or even do not contain any at all.

- The ingredients used are low GI

For 1 Donut:

Carbohydrates: 3.4g

Lipids: 17.2g

Protein: 3.2g

Ingredients marked with "*" are currently available in the shop at the end of the recipe

INGREDIENTS FOR 6 DONUTS:

- 1 Donut mold

- 100 g of Délices Low Carb* almond flour

- 40 g of Erythritol Délices Low Carb*

- 5 g of baking powder

- 5 ml vanilla extract

- 50 ml of unsweetened almond milk

- 2 eggs

For the icing:

- 150 g of Délices Low Carb white chocolate pistoles

- 2 tsp coconut oil

Optional for decoration:

- Sweet Switch “Confetti”

Or whatever you want!

STEPS:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

2. In a bowl, mix the erythritol and eggs, add the vanilla extract and almond milk.

3. In another bowl, combine the flour and yeast.

4. Gradually incorporate the liquid mixture into the dry mixture.

5. Pour the batter into donut molds and bake for 15 min at 180°C.

6. Leave to cool for a few minutes after cooking.

7. Prepare the icing: heat the white chocolate with the coconut oil in a bain-marie.

8. Dip donuts in glaze, drip off excess and decorate with Sweet Switch sprinkles, melted chocolate or whatever inspires you!

9. Place the 6 Donuts in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
