Hello low carb delights! Here is a new recipe with carbzone crispbreads!

For the recipe:
1 crispbread
4 kiris
1 salmon marinated with lemon and dill (Carrefour brand)
A soft-boiled egg
1/4 avocado
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Dill
Salt and pepper
Mix the kiris with the lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper. Spread on the crispbread.
Arrange the smoked salmon and thinly sliced ​​avocado in a rosette shape.

Cook the egg for 6 minutes until it is soft-boiled and place it on top! A little fleur de sel and that's it!
