Do you know the Cypriot Halloumi cheese? It's the trendy cheese that literally makes us melt and for good reason! Its slightly salty taste and unique texture make it an original and delicious cheese!

Its special feature : it does not melt when in contact with heat: it grills like a steak! Eat it raw, grilled, in a salad or as a replacement for beef in a veggie burger, you might succumb to its chameleon charms! From a nutritional point of view , Halloumi is rich in calcium (850mg per 100g of product). Very good source of protein , it can replace meat on your plate without any problem! Source of zinc, magnesium, vitamin A and vitamin B , we told you, it's a real charmer!
