Here is the ultra-simple recipe revisited in keto of the great classic: French toast! Perfect for those who follow a keto diet, but who do not want to give up the pleasure of a good French toast!

Ingredients :

3 slices of Labelvie bread*

2 eggs

2 tbsp Erythritol*

20g of Délices Low Carb* almond flour

20 ml unsweetened almond milk

Vanilla extract

Steps:

1. In a bowl, mix the eggs, with the Erythritol and the vanilla extract

2. Add the sifted almond flour

3. Add the unsweetened almond milk and mix everything together.

4. Dip the bread in the mixture

5. Fry for 1 minute on each side in a pan

You can also garnish as you wish: fresh fruit, keto whipped cream or a drizzle of sugar-free syrup for a caliente finishing touch!
