SUGAR-FREE 3 CHOCOLATE COOKIES & VANILLA FLEUR DE SEL

Perfect for sharing sweet gourmet moments with family or friends. With this recipe, you will be able to make 6 large sugar-free cookies, but you can make them smaller and therefore make more!! :)
These big cookies are crunchy, filling and very low in carbs for a guilt-free snack!

INGREDIENTS FOR 6 LARGE COOKIES:
- 30 sugar-free dark and white milk chocolate chips
- 75 g of almond flour*
- 75 g of almond powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 80 g salted butter
- 80 g of Golden caramel Délices Low Carb (brown sweetener)*
- 1 egg
- 1 Tahitian vanilla pod
-2 pinches of Terre Exotique Madagascar vanilla fleur de sel
- Decoration: 3 Sweet Switch “confetti”*
Ingredients marked with "*" are currently available in the shop at the end of the recipe
Utensils:
- 1 saucepan or microwave
- 2 salad bowls
- Baking paper
- Whip
- Oven
THE STEPS:
- Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C
- Step 2
In a salad bowl, mix the salted butter previously melted in a saucepan or in the microwave with the seeds from the vanilla pod.
- Step 3
Add the Golden caramel to obtain a creamy mixture
- Step 4
Add the egg
- Step 5
Mix the dry ingredients in another bowl: almond flour, almond powder, yeast and vanilla fleur de sel.

Combine the dry and wet mixtures
- Step 7
Shape 6 large cookies and place them on parchment paper.
- Step 8
Add sugar-free chocolate chips before baking and sprinkles after baking for a festive touch!

Bake for 10 min at 180°C (be careful, not all ovens have the same power)
- Step 10
Let them cool well before tasting so that they set!
