100% Keto Armenian Style Pizza

The ingredients:

For the dough :

For the filling :

  • 250g of minced beef with 15 or 20% fat.
  • 1 onion
  • A bunch of chopped coriander (to taste)
  • A can of tomato paste
  • 1 tomato
  • ½ green pepper, diced + ½ red pepper, diced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt
  • Pepper

The steps:

  • In a bowl, knead the mixture with 250 ml of water to make a dough.
  • Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to form the shape of your choice.
  • Then start by chopping all the filling ingredients.
  • Once this step is done, it is advisable to mix them carefully with the ground meat so that it can absorb all the flavors!
  • All that's left to do is garnish your pizza dough with this oriental-inspired mixture and bake at 200°C for about twenty minutes! If you notice that your oven tends to overcook the meat towards the end of cooking, don't hesitate to cover with aluminum foil and finish cooking with heat coming from below so that only the dough continues to cook!
