Beware you are not ready as this way of preparing your chicken will make you addicted! 

It's so simple, you can prepare both cutlets or chicken fillets in a flat version with this breading, as well as small nugget-like bites that we love here as an appetizer!

I'm going to give you the aperitif version based on two chicken fillets that I've cut into cubes.


Ingredients for 2 pers.

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 3 small packets of cheddar cheese pop (or whichever you like but cheddar is really yummy!)
  • 2 tablespoons of almond powder
  • paprika and curry powder
  • pink salt
  • 2 eggs
  • a good piece of butter

Ustensiles

  • 1 pan
  • 1 whisk

- Etape 1

Once your ammunition is ready, you cut your chicken into small, even pieces.

- Etape 2

In a blender, you put your cheese pops, almond powder, paprika, curry powder, and pink salt and just press ON!

It's so easy! -)

- Etape 3

Beat your two eggs in a bowl, put your breadcrumbs in a second bowl, and in the pan you will melt your good butter on low heat.

- Etape 4

Dip a piece of chicken in the eggs, then hop into the breadcrumbs and hop into the frying pan to make it nice!

Do the same with all the chicken pieces.

- Etape 5

THE LITTLE MORE:

- When I say a good piece of butter, you don't just have to butter this one, you have to go straight for it that's what will make the breading really over the top.
- You can sprinkle lightly with cayenne pepper before serving with a little mayonnaise
