  • 2 eggs
  • 100ml of sugar free almond milk
  • 20g Sukrin gold (gingered erythritol)
  • 20g nut butter snickerdoodle Perfect keto
  • Low carb granola
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds

Preparation:

  • Whiten eggs with sukrin gold. The mixture should double in volume.
  • Add the nut butter and beat again
  • Pour in the milk and mix
  • Pour the mixture into a muffin or half sphere
